This is my second trip and I’m hooked. I wanted to wait until my second trip for the review You can tell that the staff truly cares about this establishment from the grounds outside all the way to the moment you enter. The service is amazing! From being seated to the friendly staff. The food is certainly the star of the show but truly, the customer service is top tier. The restrooms are immaculate as well! Very clean and both times I’ve gone, they smell nice which is rare!

Great place to enjoy great food, cool refreshing beverage, and a nice outing with family and/or friends. •Food was served to order. It’s always great to know your food hasn’t been precooked by the bulk, sitting in some warmer. •Service/Server was exceptional. He smiled continuously to show he valued us as customers and was very polite. •Atmosphere was very laid back. I could easily see this being a place for food & drinks with friends or a family dinner. •Return. I am highly likely to return to this location when in the area.

Hidden gem in Cottondale. You can spot it from the highway and once you visit, you'll come back. Great aguas frescas. Amazing customer service. Birria was delicious, and this House dish will have me come back. Had rice queso, flavorful chorizo, and wonderful shrimp seasoned and grilled perfectly. Stop by, you won't regret it.

This little hidden gem is quietly tucked away beside the Harley dealership. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and there is ample seating. The staff are friendly and come out immediately to seat you, and are very quick with service. The food is fabulous! The menu is nice and covers all appetites. There are authentic dishes and American dishes. The portions are very generous. I usually have to take half home because I'm stuffed. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants, and this is my top favorite. They do have a full bar too for those looking to have drinks.

Surprisingly good. Not busy so they could seat my family of 8 quickly. Stopped by to wait for Tesla to charge. Service was nice and lunch prices were great. I had the Pollo Caliente. Delicious and very well seasoned!

This has been my go to place for Mexican food in Tuscaloosa for the last three years. Tonight will be the last. The last time I went, I ordered my regular meal and it was missing one of the four meats. I brought it to the waitresses’s attention. This time, I ordered the same thing and asked the waitress (Who was our waitress the previous visit) to please make sure that they put the sausage in it. Well, guess what? It did not have it. I had the manager to even come look at my meal and he said yeah it is not in there. He said they will make it right the next time. I even told him when I was paying that they should give me some type of discount and he said they will take care of it next time. I told him there would not be a next time if they could not give a little discount. Heck, if they just took two dollars off of my $34 ticket I would’ve been happy. Besides that, they never come check to see if you need refill on salsa. There are too many other Mexican restaurants in Tuscaloosa. They need to up their customer service to keep their customers happy.

We placed a takeout order. Food was freezing cold and not even warm enough for condensation from steam. Ordered a large salsa and cheese dip and got a bag of chips big enough for only one person to eat. Salsa had no seasoning and tasted like blended tomatoes. Food tasted bad.
