Zizzi

Love dining here and I visit at least once a month. Roberta and her team are great and always deliver good service, even when they are rushed off their feet. Special mention to the toilets as they are well maintained and a genuine pleasure to visit, which is a rare occurrence. They are 5 star hotel quality. Well done to Charlotte who helped us with our autistic son and disabled grandmother. Thank you! Keep up the good work and thank you also to the chefs! The open kitchen allows for us to see their skill, creativity and hard work. 🙌👏👌😎🥰

Incredibly disappointing visit. It was around half full when I visited. I ordered my meal and an hour later still had not come. You could see the chef stressed and overworked ranting their frustration out. I had to walk out as I wanted a quick and simple meal. Turns out they were very understaffed. Exceptionally poor standard of service compared to Zizzi on the mainland UK. Will not be going again.

This place made for a wonderful stop for lunch today, and the food was delicious. The service was excellent and the staff were super helpful. My only criticism is that the portions were fairly small for the price. I would definitely recommend the bolognese.

I promised to leave a good review so here it is!!! Despite being at Zizzi 1hr 45mins before a show, it was queued waaaaaay out the door. After clock-watching for too long and knowing that we would be inhaling our food (assuming we even got a table!), we decided to order via click and collect on their website! The food was ready before the allocated time slot. The staff were fantastic. And the pizzas were really good. I went for the pinola - yum 😋 Would love to come back when it's quieter and try some pasta. They have an extensive menu and various veggie options. Thank you!!!! 🤩

We ate here while waiting for the titanic tour, it was good! We liked the arancini balls and Mac and cheese, the pizza was good too they were just out of the aubergine balls but it’s okay. Good vegetarian options. The morello cherry sour was great!

Loved it here! Went for dinner with a friend and the staff were lovely. Asked for allergies/intolerances and have a very clear and good system to make other staff aware! The atmosphere was warm and comforting, the staff were honest and kind, and the food was delicious! Shout-out to Rachel for her lovely service to our table, willingness to help, and answering questions with good humour on the side! She also had a unique way of getting around people fighting over who's paying 😂 I loved it here, and will absolutely be going again! Thanks to your staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere

Ate before P Kay Fri 8th August 2025. Everywhere very busy but managed to get a table. Had very enjoyable pizzas, they were lovely and crisp with a thin base which is perfect. Our server was Rosie and she was wonderful. Very attentive to us, made sure we had everything we needed, ever so polite and knowledgeable about the menu etc. Overall a great experience.
