The food was exceptional, the fish tacos are most definitely the BEST tacos I have ever had, definitely recommend. More on the pricy side but so worth it . Excellent service and great food , couldn’t ask for more

Best Mexican in Brighton, hands down. With TWO VEGAN OPTIONS (banana blossom fish or plant based chorizo). I definitely recommend getting the habanero sauce on the side for some spice. The drinks were lush too. And the server was bright and lovely. The decor is also really fun. I’ll be back.

Wonderful food, excellent friendly service, quiet atmosphere but there was a wet storm blowing outside! We loved the vegan options - extremely tasty and varied - the vegan chorizo is fabulous!

Just ate dinner here this evening and it was such a fabulous experience I had to drop a review to say thank you to the whole team for fantastic food, amazing Margaritas and utterly superb service. I pass through Brighton fairly regularly for work and this will be my go to spot for food going forwards. Thanks for an awesome evening!

Such a great atmosphere! Chose the restaurant for our date night as my boyfriend is a a massive Mexican food lover and even myself who doesn’t always enjoy the cuisine absolutely loved it!! Our favourite Mexican food in Brighton, will definitely visit again. Amazing, speedy service, very friendly and enjoyable.

This independant mexican restaurant was a fantasic find! If you are looking for the most authentic high quality mexican cuisine look no further. Carlito Burrito is what you are looking for. I had the Steak Tacos and they were absolutely gourmet! The service was great and the staff are friendly and welcoming, I am so glad to have discovered this brilliant restaurant in the heart of Brighton town centre, I will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu!
