Beautiful meal at Harbour and Co. Great menu choices, cosy atmosphere and nice staff. One waiter David particularly stood out - he was very friendly and enthusiastic. Food was fantastic. The panang monkfish and prawn curry was the highlight!

We usually eat in Pier 36 and enjoy it but we thought we'd try Harbour and Co for a change. We ate upstairs in the restaurant and had lovely views over the harbour from our window table. I had steak (£21 ish, I think; good value these days) and my wife had scampi and some house red, my son who is gluten free also had scampi which they made separately for him; great service. Lovely setting, friendly and efficient service and great food and drinks, in a nice place owned by a local family. 5 stars.

Over visiting from Sussex, very impressed with the vegetarian option I chose and all the other menu choices made by my family. The food was very fresh and beautifully cooked . It was busy , however the staff were very attentive and polite . The views were to die for looking over the harbour. Overall a great place to meet&eat 👍

Excellent selection of locally caught seafood, beautifully prepared. The crab claws and mussels were top-class. The views around the harbour are stunning. I had no idea Donaghadee had such fantastic food to offer!

Absolutely the best meal of my entire life! Young staff were so pleasant and helpful. Ambiance was soft and friendly. The even smelled lovely. Lobster and prawns were just perfect. Amazing food and staff. Absolutely made my day.

Update: went again recently and it still does not delissapoint. I will definitely be back again when I am visiting. Really nice spot. Stopped here with a party of four, and we had a lovely waiter and we got great food. They have a nice veggie burger option which was very good, and I had the harbour chicken which was delicious. I would definitely come back. We went around 1ish on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet, and we had a wonderful view over the bay.

I would describe service as overly attentive & rushed. We were literally sitting for 30 seconds before being asked what we would like to drink. No chance really to see what was on the wine or drinks menu. The burger was vey good but my wife's blackened salmon was poor. I could taste little or no spiciness and no seasoning. The rice was over cooked and wet instead of being fluffy. I understand that any restaurant wants to keep service moving but i really felt upon leaving that I have just been to an expensive fast food outlet. We had no starter, just two mains and one side and a bottle of house wine.£69. In and out in less than an hour. My overall feeling is that if you stick with anything from the grill or the frier you'll be ok.
