We enjoyed fantastic fish and chips and scampi and chips at Doc’s and they were probably amongst the best meals we have enjoyed in Northern Ireland. Super, friendly and efficient staff, easy to park and no great wait. Great experience.

Best Fish & Chips - As someone who worked alongside Google I know how important 5* reviews are for a local business. I rarely leave bad reviews as this could potentially harm a business. So when a business goes that extra mile I like to tell the world. I have just had the most beautiful small fish supper and sat inside to eat. Edited: I have now visited Doc's Ardglass many times ❤️ The food is delightful, probably the best fish I have tasted, and the staff are just brilliant. I don't know what the staff are paid but they deserve more. Great craic, great food = The perfect combo 😋❤️

Got 2 battered sausages from here yesterday morning, both my friend and I have experienced food poisoning. Used to be a great a chippy but it’s got very expensive and now this… shame what’s become of the place. As you can see from the reply from the company. They don’t care. Not willing to make improvements at all. Risk it at your own will. Proof of payment and dat and time. Shameful company and response.

Bought two fish. Asked to be well done and well drained. So how do it go Well, it didn't. 😬 The fish was very thin and totally saturated in oil and unable to eat. So £13 wasted. Definitely not recommend!!!!

My only disappointment was that the chips were frozen chips cooked up not freshly cut chips. Was still delish.

Truly one of the best fish and chips I I’ve had in a long time. Beautifully cooked haddock in a crispy batter that wasn’t greasy. Very popular so takeaway queue clashes with dining in experience but everyone is most friendly

Nice clean place, friendly staff, quick service. We had cod goujons. Very nice. Only bad thing I can say is Extractor fan very noisy when sitting in cafe
