Mister Singhs

Dropped a hire off in Galashiels last night, an hour and 15 minutes drive. Went to a few takeaways but they were closing then found Mr Singhs. Ordered a chicken tikka feast pizza. It was absolutely amazing. Base wasn't thick but not thin and the crust was brilliant. Had a lovely crunch to it. I ordered the 10" but definitely could have had more of it no problem. Will definitely be back whenever I am back through that way!

Got a special mixed tandoori take-away tonight - absolute rubbish to be honest. Couple of pieces of lamb & chicken, not exactly special - where's the prawns, the shish etc. - very poor value at £15, possibly thinking I was a bit drunk & closing time, might have been one but not the other - avoid!

Have had a carryout from here for years and tonight looked at reviews and have to disagree with some of them Always quick great service 👍Always freshly cooked Great value and have never had a bad meal . Thank you

Absolutely disgusting service from here. Ordered food 930pm for delivery, notified arrival to be 1030pm-1050pm. Order shown as delivered 11pm. No food!!!! Rang restaurant. The driver had been to the location but FORGOT to deliver our food. They were prepared to send the driver straight back (23 mins away) with no offer of freshly cooked food. We were then promised it would be recooked (having requested this) and it would be delivered within 33 minutes. 40 minutes later and still no food. Rang restaurant who said they had sent the driver out with 5 other Deliveries and were waiting for him to return before sending our order back out- by which time would be gone midnight (2hrs 30 mins after ordering). Appalling service, appalling customer service from staff, a mere £5 discount offered and was advised they couldn’t upset another 5 customers by sending ours out first!!!!! Never ever would we order from here again.

We have been regular customers for a year now (we have always collected) but won’t be back after tonight. The app said 35-50 minutes delivery, email confirmation showed 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I called them and he said it would be leaving in 10 mins. After 2 hours and 10 mins after ordering I called again and he said it would be leaving in 5 mins. I queried why he told me 40 mins prior it would be leaving in 10 mins and he said he wouldn’t have given me an estimate, I had him on speakerphone so it wasn’t just me who heard him give me a time. I asked to cancel as at this point it’s almost 10pm. He said it’s already paid so I would need to figure out how to get money back on my end (even though I ordered on their own app). I asked if we can come into the shop to get our money back and he said he’s never been asked this before so would need to call his boss. Then he says that the foods ready so they can’t waste all the food (insinuating I can’t get a refund). My question is, how long has the food been sitting ready then?! He said a further 20 minutes max for delivery so we agreed rather than arguing. Anyway it did come 20 minutes later. 2 hours and 35 mins later!!

Placed order at 7pm after a long drive. Time kept getting put back and back. After hr 30 mins I tried to cancel but they wanted to charge full price. Over 2 hours later and several calls to the restaurant still waiting! Any courtesy they would have refunded you. Opt for a coop meal deal, it’s the better option!

Sent me reheated pakora I could break windows with. They've just lost a regular customer.
