Zaika Tandoori

Decided to try somewhere new. Went for the chicken tikka, arrived late which is normally fine for gala but the chicken was beyond sad and so there was no hope of a good review. Basically no sauce and 5 little bits of chicken lmao. Picture attached, the tub is tiny, it's a close up picture to show the lack of sauce. 2 stars as chips were nice. Curry sauce as an extra was £5 too! Madness

Service was lovely and we were well looked after. Curries were tasty, but the mild ones had no spice, so best to ask for add. spice. For those who love spicy food this may not be suitable.

I can only talk about the quality of the food and the taste experience of the food. Such a disappointment. Bland, non discript curries that were really poor and underwhelming, and expensive for the end product. I want to support local businesses but I cannot recommend this place for takeaway curries. IMO there's no excuse for under flavoured, under seasoned and under spiced curries.

Naan breads were thin, bland and burned. Not a lot of meat relative to sauce in 2 out of 3 dishes. Rice and sauce was good but they charged a £1 service charge on top of charging for delivery. Wouldn't of minded if it had been better quality. Twice in a row this place has been below average and disappointing considering the price.

Delicious food, would really recommend this restaurant. Good prices too.

I ordered pilau rice but it was another kind of rice in order, and the chips were dried and burnt, I definitely won't go back

Was dissapointed after reading positive reviews and having such a bad experience. Ordered for delivery, which arrived late. On the menu it told us to put which naan we wanted in the comments, comments were clearly ignored as the naan wasn't sent with the order. Onion bhajis were overcooked and dry. I had the vegi korma and towards the end of my meal I noticed something hard and unchewable in a mouthful, turns out it was some packaging, seems to be cardboard with foil, maybe the edge of a milk carton? I Attached a picture, your guess is as good as mine.
