Plan Burrito

Terrible experience with this burrito restaurant. Ordered 2 large burritos which was almost £40 (very expensive) for delivery and they were so disappointing and disgusting we each had a few bites and realised there was no meat in them, just loads of horrible plain tasting rice and warm lettuce. Plain Burrito more like…. Never again!

Title: "Burrito Bliss - A 5-Star Experience!" Review: Wow, what an incredible experience! This burrito place truly deserves all five stars for its outstanding service and mouthwatering food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. They took the time to explain the menu and made fantastic recommendations to suit my tastes. We also got to try samples of the different toppings to decide which we wanted. The service was prompt, and the wait time for my order was minimal. As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were expertly balanced. The burrito was stuffed to perfection, with generous portions of delicious fillings and the perfect blend of spices. Every bite was a burst of flavor and texture that left me craving for more. I highly recommend this burrito place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. The combination of top-notch service and exquisite food makes it a true gem that shouldn't be missed. I can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing offerings!

I have ordered from here many times but this time they forgot half my order incl a drink, there was a long strand of hair in my food and when I called to complain the lady on the other side had THE WORST attitude telling me to come down and collect my missing items. I would usually brush past hair , but accompanied by the price I paid and attitude of the lady I must make this know. And I am yet to be compensated for the sanitary issue.

We’ve ordered here a few times over the past year. Never had an issue…………..Last two time it has been very disappointing. It’s taken nearly two hours both times for the food to arrive and we ordered large, which we’ve had in the past and what we got was small. £44.99 for three burritos this size is a rip off. Sadly won’t be ordering from there again. Would have been five stars for the food but the size we got isn’t nowhere near value for money and there was hardly any meat, more of a rice and salad burrito

Stopped here shortly after opening day. Food was very tasty and fresh. Portions are huge. I highly recommended the beef brisket and the Jarritos drinks. I really wish they did fries... I know that's not authentic, but I dont eat rice. The decor is lovely and modern - a welcome addition to the otherwise lacklustre high street (IYKYK!).

Food was absolutely delicious, staff were friendly, chatty and very welcoming. Would recommend coming back. Also won one of their silver tickets! Thank you!

Just sat down for a regular sized smoked pork burrito. The place is well set up and with music playing too. The staff are very courteous and friendly. My burrito was bigger than expected and tasted amazing. Will deffo be coming along again.
