I've not eaten Mexican in a restaurant for over ten years, and I was bored of the usual takeaways. La Toro Mexicana is my first ever Mexican takeaway, and it's impressive. The rotating oven was spotless, and I watched the cooks make the breads and wraps from scratch. The fillings are likewise fresh and really tasty. The Fries were Massive and spiced. Just over £40 for four meals, which will be snacked on all night once we change into baggies and the waistbands allow . They also do proper fresh made pizza's and burgers, but it's the Mexican that you will find difficult to find better outside of a sit down.

Never ordered here so we ordered a Crispy Chicken Wrap, Potato Wedges, Beef Tacos and Mac and Cheese Triangles. I did not get a Crispy Chicken Wrap, what I got had alot of sauce in it. Personally I go out my way to avoid a lot of sauce in my food so that was disappointing. The potato wedges were a bit under cooked, stale and damp, an extra fry after the initial blanching wouldn't have hurt, or in an oven for 5 mins. The Mac and Cheese Triangles, weren't triangles at all! Lol but on the plus, the Mrs enjoyed the Beef Tacos and the chips weren't too bad.

The food was nice enough but there was no chilli concarni in my burritos , I called and she said there was but I’m adding a photo so you can see there isn’t , not one bit of minced beef in here I don’t know if the guy has forgot to add? Replying to owners comment: can someone call me regarding this then once you speak with them £20 just for 2 wraps with rice , one of them I had asked only for chili and cheese in it for my kids and they added rice . Thanks

Really liked this place but they’ve had major problems with their ordering system since they opened. Every time we’ve ordered the foods either been ready way before the time we pre ordered for or we get a message saying it’s ready and when we go in they haven’t even started it. No biggie but I’ve witnessed their staff being shouted at by other unhappy customers because of the same thing. Have tried to flag to management but no one interested. Not good customer service and obviously they don’t care about their staff who are the ones dealing with it either.

Ordered a delivery, took 2 hours to come. I phoned 30 mins after they said it was due to arrive, said it had left “a while ago” a further 40 minutes go by before it arrives and surprise surprise it’s cold. The place is 5 minute drive anway. Avoid!

I basically never write reviews but really felt the need when I ordered food from here today. It came so fast, the driver was lovely, everything was so delicious and warm the burritos were a 10/10! and so were the mozzarella sticks, chips were perfectly salted and not to mention i got a 30% discount which lead the reasonable prices to be even more excellent! Thank you so much will be ordering again.

Friendly and efficient service, hot, flavoursome and really interesting food. The owners seemed super proud of their establishment which is always a good sign. We went for Mexican today but having seen their absolutely insane pizza oven we will definitely be back fir pizza!

We got a beef and beans burrito, a vegetable quesadila, a chicken enchilada and box of lemon canollis. All savoury dishes came with fries! Quality of food: The quality is very good! In case of taste, food is kinda bland except of their salsa, it gives a kick of spice. Their vegetable stuff have more flavour than any other thing in their menu. Unfortunately, their cannolis were equally mid in flavour and texture in case of the bescuit part. Quantity: Great! Their burrito can be shared between 2 people very easily, that's a LOT of food. Prices: Very decent for what you're getting.
