Had a catch up here with a old work colleague. Nice place. But my Hot Chocolate came out warm but was okay.

Costa coffee was standard but cheese toasts were good. Staff were awesome and service was excellent. Even though they were young girls and you can’t aspect that nice service from young ones these days. Atmosphere was calm and quiet. If you visiting this area then pop in for a coffee break.

Went in last week for the first time as had a meeting. The 2 girls behind the counter were lovely and friendly. I really can't believe one of the reviewers said "you can't expect good service from young people". It was fairly quiet but the girls were keeping the place clean and doing their jobs well.

I do not find this one of the better costas, it's not very well kept, and drinks do not come all that hot. On the plus side staff always seem friendly and happy to be working

I came to Costa about two and a half weeks ago and was told that their ice machine was broken. I was not very frustrated at this point in time. However, I went back today only to find out that their ice machine I still broken, even after over two weeks. On top of that, whilst waiting to be served, one of the employees stopped to have a conversation with another worker. Ridiculous.

Hey don’t bother! So, on Google and on the door of the establishment, it says the closing time is a 6 Monday-Friday. Three times now, I’ve gone on a week day at 5 thinking I’ll be fine I’ve got an hour till closing. But no I’m rudely grunted at by the server “I’m we are closed because I’m cleaning” even though people are still eating and drinking at the tables within the shop. So unless you go in at the morning when they first open, don’t expect them to be open because apparently they can make up the closing times! And I’ve been there before, when they were short of staff, and they have put a message on the door so I understand why they’d shut earlier. But recently, no note on they door, just a rude server telling my I can’t order because there closing even though its 17:09. Staff and vibe there is very awkward and the tables are extremely sticky and disgusting. Honestly you want a good Costa experience go to petersfield costa please !
