Stopped off at the Green Kettle last Friday ordered a full breakfast there was so much on the plate i couldn't see the plate served with toast butter and marmalade the best breakfast i have had in a long time along with most enjoyable cup of tea. George and Sandra are the perfect hosts friendly professional and very knowledgeable loved the 50's music playing in the background. Came back the next day with my partner for Lunch can highly recommend the homemade steak pie. and another excellent pot of tea. Thanks for a most enjoyable Lunch and entertaining afternoon. John & Jennifer.

We had such a fantastic stay at The Green Kettle B&B! George, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. We arrived much later than planned due to traffic, and he kindly re-opened the kitchen just for us, such a thoughtful touch. As Brit Stops members, we stayed overnight in our van in the car park, and George even offered us electric hookup and a water refill (we didn’t need them, but it was so generous of him). The breakfast the next morning was nothing short of brilliant, fresh, hearty, and delicious. George really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Couldn’t recommend The Green Kettle enough!

Dropped in for some lunch. A really enjoyable experience. Great service and value for money. Soup and sandwich option was very filling and did me for the remainder of the day. Well worth a visit if you're in the area

What a lovely place the food was so good we went back twice saturday lunch and sunday roast The hosts were so accommodating and truely so friendly We would very highly recommend

I passed this light gem a few times on my way to a dive but never went in until this month. My sister, brother and his wife were visiting. We stopped and had lunch. Such a lovely meal we had. Very tasty and well cooked. The couple who were working in the Green Kettle were so lovely and welcoming. I will be back soon. Thanks a lot. My family is back to France with lovely memories of this lovely place....

Found them by lucky accident, a warm welcome not just from the log burner and soon we were tucking into a delicious steak pie and vegetables. We'll definitely be back to sample the huge array of cakes soon. Thank you Sandra & George for a lovely lunch.
