Miller & Carter Hinckley

Had an amazing time. We frequent Miller & Carter but 1st time at this one in Hinckley. Greeted when we arrived and where 15 mins early so had a drink in the bar whilst awaiting our table. We asked for a booth and they sorted us one out. Our host was Karen, so friendly and really looked after us. Checked on us at regular intervals, sorted our drinks and even sorted us a celebration board at the end as I was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Karen, you really made us feel welcome. We chose from the date and steak set menu which was perfect for us. The starters were so nice and just the right amount. Main course as always was perfect. I opted for a cocktail instead of pudding and my wife had a pudding. What else can we say, brilliant night, great staff, awesome food and a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you for a perfect date night on our wedding anniversary xx

We recently decided to try Miller & Carter in Hinckley on a whim, dropping in last minute without a booking, and we were so impressed! Despite of reservation, we got there early , the team got us seated quickly and efficiently, even getting us in earlier than expected, which was a fantastic start. The service throughout our meal was truly outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and genuinely accommodating, especially with our kids, which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable family dinner. We had a great meal, complemented by a lovely wine. The food, as always, was delicious. While the cocktails were a bit of a hit and miss for us, the overall culinary experience was delightful. My personal tip for fellow steak lovers: while they might recommend medium, I'd strongly suggest sticking to medium-rare for that perfect tenderness and flavour! All in all, it was a truly great experience, largely thanks to the excellent service. As we chatted with our waitress, she subtly picked up that we were celebrating a birthday and, to our surprise and delight, brought out a complimentary cake. This thoughtful gesture was incredibly kind and truly capped off a wonderful evening. Miller & Carter Hinckley delivered a memorable dining experience, and we highly recommend it for their fantastic service and quality food.

Sally is amazing, helping me and my husband through the night, gave me the best food recommendations and everything is bomb. I love my wagyu and everything is super perfect.

Had an amazing night tonight, our server was Sally and was such a pleasure to have had her serve us tonight. She made us feel relaxed and had a few smiles and laughs with her nothing was too much, She's a credit to the workplace and company. Food was beyond amazing we had the camembert, butchers block and the sharing chocolate dessert which was the best dessert we've had in a long while. Overall experience 10/10

Quite expensive and depending on the night, you might get great service and food, mediocre service and good food or a combination of either. Went three times in two months. Each time we had to wait way too long to be served, despite having reservations. Interestingly we got to sit at the same table each visit. The steak meals are filling and come with all the trimmings, but the other dishes don't and the price doesn't really reflect the difference. You have to add side dishes. Steaks are flavourless even with sauce and are slightly overcooked. Most of the food is prepared well, but not seasoned. Desserts are ok, but I really enjoyed the salads; I'd like to see something other than romaine lettuce used. Presentation is how I believe they get away with their prices. Everything looks amazing and tastes ok after using the table condiments. Cocktails were delicious though and so was the company! There's adequate parking but is awkward for stilettos, Girls! And weirdly, it rained 2 of the 3 times we went. A good night out for a big spender!

Had a large booking for a wedding meal of 20 People. It was well organized in advanced from Beckie. Can't thank Beckie and Grace that served us on the day , Grace always checked we had everything we needed with a warm and happy(relaxed) attitude. Compliments to the chefs in the back as the food was amazing and had no issues at all, steaks was cooked amazing and made sure the kids was fed first. Many thanks again to you all for making it smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend

We had a really great meal last night. The butchers block sharing platter was amazing. The steak at Miller and Carter never disappoints. Karen who served us was brilliant also. Very attentive and couldn't do more for us. You don't mind paying a little more when the quality of the food and service deserves it.
