The food could have been cooked longer especially the tomatoes on the breakfast, a choice of toast wasn't given and the butter was partially melted, they could have asked about the egg instead of having the only option of fried. Mushrooms should have been sliced not cut in to squares, the bacon could have been fried and crispier like the hash brown which didn't have the crispiness to it 😞😞😞😞 the waitress I don't think she has that much kitchen experience due to her young age, plus getting a few orders mixed up on the table for 6/7 customers 🤔

Not a bad little cafe, service was good with friendly staff, prices were a bit higher but not extortionate.

We visited this friendly relaxed cafe for the first time with our grandson on our walk through Meltham. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our grandson enjoyed his toast, carefully cut up and served to him. Our dog got plenty of attention with dog biscuits offered. Our coffee was lovely and the cakes look very appetising. We will definitely visit again and have recommended to others already.

Absolutely excellent! We live quite a way from Gerry’s, sadly, but try to visit at least a couple of times a month. We always have the ham salad sandwich and Mille Feuille. The menu is extremely extensive and the coffee delicious. The food is fresh, really good value for money and superb staff. If you are in the area or just passing through, please give Gerry’s a visit, you will not be disappointed. Paul and Steve.

Popped in for a coffee whilst walking the dog, ended up getting comfy on the sofa with a very tasty bacon and egg butty and then another coffee! Friendly staff, great service and food and a lovely atmosphere, Ted 🐶 and I enjoyed it. Thanks for being dog friendly.
