Stopped here for coffees and a tea. Store was just about to close but the staff were very accommodating and we had some great drinks and sat upstairs. Lovely seating area with lots of quirky and fun decoration. Definitely worth stopping here for a refreshing drink.

Messaged owner Adele who said they always had vegan cakes so called in today. Had the most amazing vegan coffee caramel slice and coffee...It's a small cute and cosy cafe for chilling....Lovely friendly staff too...will definitely revisit as they have loads more vegan cakes to try 😋

Came for takeaway coffee after previously sitting in, excellent service with my experience lasting no longer than 3 minutes from start to finish? Especially at 11am I would consider this pretty outstanding for a popular spot, A warm, welcoming smile greeted me form the staff which made my day, a true connection between server and served. You might find the price to be on the higher end but the end product is fantastic and 110% a must see, My hot chocolate was not watery, cold, dull: but rather flavorful, indulgent and creamy. Picture attached below, I would very much so suggest you dine here for afternoon tea or vias versa on your next visit to keswick, otherwise your life will only ever be a 4/5⭐️ experience

Lovely little coffee shop. Super friendly. Really nice coffee and good selection of cakes. My wife particularly liked the chocolate fountain with marshmallows & strawberries. Highly recommend. Can get a little cramped when busy but adds to the atmosphere of the place.

PSA 🚨 If you’re in Keswick and NOT going to Java Coffee Shop… wyd?! ☕🔥 I basically sacrificed my body to science 🥴 and tried 8 different coffees around town (yes, EIGHT 😅) and Java came out on top 👑✨. I had their pistachio & caramel cake and blueberry smoothie. Both are super yum, especially the smoothie - very refreshing for summer. The only thing is slow service because of big traffic of people.

We were on holiday in the area and went in as they are dog friendly. Had cappuccinos and fruit scones with jam and butter. Absolutely delicious. Prices a bit on the higher side but certainly worth it. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
