Great bustling local Indian, with prompt service. The bhaji was superb and the naan and curry were delightful. One of the best Indians I've been to.

the owner quite literally saved my dad's life when he had a heart attack, staff was so helpful with everything. Food was amazing. Would come back a million times. Much love for Sultan of Keswick xx

Very pleasant experience. Staff were very accommodating. Met the owner and had a lovely chat with him. The food was good, the portions were huge!! Definitely worth what you’re paying for. We ordered the lamb biryani to share between the two of us and we still ended up taking some home in a takeaway box as we couldn’t finish it. Atmosphere was ok, the area has a specific demographic which the restaurant caters too. They tried to target a younger demographic but found it difficult. Hence their reasoning for serving alcohol. Overall pleasant experience, taking into account that there is not a lot of halal options at the Lake District area.

Went here for a meal when staying in the lakes, was a really nice tasty Indian! Plenty of meat and enough to take some home.

Just had a meal at this Indian Restaurant, the food was exceptional and the service too. The staff were friendly and attentive and it was areally nice experience. The food portions were very good and I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was the best Indian we have had in a very long time. Hot when we got it home and so tasty. Shame we don’t live in the area otherwise it would be a regular for us! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere seemed great whilst we were waiting.
