A truly excellent breakfast here. It's just a small place, but has a big reputation. A favourite stop for motorbikers who enjoy wholesome meals.

Brilliant breakfast after leaving Kendal early!

Filthy, 2 flies fell out of sugar dispenser. Everywhere needed a thorough clean, flies everywhere and dirty, fat smell throughout. Cake was ok but would definitely not order anything that required cooking.

Went for the full breakfast and a hot chocolate and wasn’t disappointed. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend for a biker stop and a food fuel up!

I understand stand it is a cafe but the food is not so good, but it is good for just a quick brake having a drink

Always good to find a genuine British cafe serving decent, honest to goodness food at a reasonable price, as well as good service from friendly staff. Keep using these little gems so that they don't all disappear! 👍👍
