Friendly staff and welcoming when I entered. The staff allowed me to look at the menu before ordering and where not pushing for a sale. The food ordered was cooked from fresh. The fish was excellent and tasted lovely. Food was still hot returning to the campsite. Our dog loved his battered sausage and gravy also, so highly recommend this Fish & Chip shop if you are in the area.

We visit every year with Brownies and Guides for our last night of the summer. They handled our preorder for over 40 of us amazingly, all the food we ordered was hot and tasty. Thank you! 😊

The fish was very fresh and cooked to order, the chips were tasty anshad colour and the curry sauce was better than I've had in a long time

£6.15 for portion of chips with gravy and cheese. Seems a bit ludicrous. Tasty however , but very expensive for what you get.

Me and my wife called for tea while staying in Kirkby Stephen during our coast to coast walk. Excellent fish and chips, large portions, friendly staff, good choice on the menu 5* would recommend.

Really friendly lady answered the phone. Prompt wait time and quality food. Great chippy. In the words of my 2 year old, the food was, "VERY good."
