Costa Coffee

This place is ran on a shoe string. No croissants, no full fat coke out on the shelf. Very unprofessionally ran compared to other branches. Only x2 members of staff I saw out should be atleast x3. Walked out and gave my money to the Spar garage, got served instantly got my bottle of coke and a sausage sandwich

Several times the app has not allowed me to make payment so instead I have tried phoning the order through. Depending on who answers depends on whether they will allow the order to be placed (it's usually for 6-10 drinks so giving them time to make them you would think would be helpful) although the orders are not always correct - not ideal when you have people with allergies. This morning I was told if the app would not take the order we would have to go and place it at the store. That's fine but holds up other customers too. A couple of times I have placed the order on the app just to have the store cancel the order! If the store does not want custom or to make money, we will certainly take our business elsewhere. Very hit and miss and incredibly disappointing.

Greeted by friendly staff who recommended a couple of new items. Really tasty iced coffee

This is the cleanest, tidiest and friendliest Costa i've been to. i think the staff members names was Amy & Chris. many thanks team for excellent service

I love the coffee from Costa but the reason for my very low rating is due to the absolutely appalling customer service! The girl who served me and my friend was so rude, aggressive and snappy. She didn't smile and was just disgraceful, as much as I love coming here it is actually putting me off wanting to go in future. This needs to be sorted or if I go again and it happens again I will be making a formal complaint and if not resolved I will take it further. I'm deeply unhappy!!!!

Just another Costa. Can't say I've never had any issues with service unlike others. The place is clean and tidy with tables outside. The weather hasn't been great here so not many people in but probably busier at the weekend.

Mediocre at best. Costa is my go to place for a flat white with some depth of flavour. Sadly, this fell far short of the mark when I was presented with a tepid milky coffee with no taste. I asked for another shot of coffee (for which I was charged another 50p) but resulted in very little improvement in the coffee flavour. I don't know what coffee they are using, or if they are just using smaller measures, but not usual costa standards. Even my husband, who likes his coffee, mentioned the weakness of his americano. Not a good experience.

Lovely, nice, bright and airy cafe. We had teacakes which were fresh and hot when served, very tasty. Nice chai tea with oat milk. Coffee was good and hot. Green tea was lovely. Pleasant staff, very helpful. Definitely my favorite Costa cafe, such a lovely building.
