Cegin Diod

Ordered a breakfast platter and packed lunch for 12 people. They dropped it off at our retreat on time. They were super easy to communicate with over email and were very kind about making amendments to our order to cater for dietary requirements. The food was so so good! Thank you!

*watch to the end for a cheeky egg yolk pop 🍳* A local gem you HAVE to go to/support is the delight that is @cegindiod . They are located in the new(ish) market in Llandeilo (on the road to Dinefwr). Recently they have reduced their menu to light bite lunches and cake & coffee, but this is a flavour of their former glory to which I really hope and pray they get back to, as the food was one of the best in the area. I was obsessed with their choice on the menu - brunch and lunching heaven! Here’s a compilation of visits and what we had! 🍳 Full Cooked Breakfast 🍟 Sausage Bean Melt Loaded Chips (totes heavenly) 🐟 Fishcake on a bed of rocket leaves with chutney and poached egg 🥚 All of this was soooo yummy that I’d made a habit of coming back weekly after baby class and scrounging a free brunch out of my parents (mat pay is no joke 🙈😅) Please please support this lush business, not just because I’ve said so, but try it out for yourself - the food and drink is always lush and the service is brilliant too. I love the food and atmosphere in Cegin Diod and Diod the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the place had a really calming and friendly vibe with the freshest and nicest food, The menu has great some lovely dishes on there and the coffee is definitely 5* The wine selection is also top notch! It’s one of my favourite places in Llandeilo and a must go to

Fresh, tasty, great selection and presentation. Meat , veggie and vegan options. Little cakes. Ideal for our needs. The staff at Cegin Diod were so friendly and helpful when we collected the buffet. Full disclosure: it was a couple of days before Christmas and we were lucky to even get a table. That said, my Bounty hot chocolate was somewhat disappointing: while the topping more than lived up to expectations, the hot chocolate was thin and flavourless. Service was friendly and professional and the slight delay in getting to us is more than excusable on the last weekend before Christmas. I'm confident that I'll be able to give a better and more accurate review next time

We enjoyed our breakfast as they were extremely quick and have good options.

Our first visit here and it didn't disappoint. We've been to the other branch (Cafe Diod) a few times, so were very keen to try this new place. The food was really lovely, and the service was great. Slight problem parking, but found somewhere eventually. Looking forward to our next visit.
