White Hart Inn

Bendigedig The White Hart is a busy pub with some rooms above the main function rooms. The room was comfortable, clean and of good size. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding. What makes this hotel is the friendly attitude of the staff (at least the person who served our delicious breakfasts on 2 out of 3 days was delightful). The setting is pleasant enough and very close to Llandeilo (about a 20 minute walk, 3 minute drive). The hotel is very family friendly, our grandaughter loved her stay. The busyness of the pub means parking can be difficult and there is some noise from the pub occupants in the room itself.

Stayed there from Friday 6th June for three nights, it was comfortable, the breakfast was really nice. We also had two evening meals, they were excellent, and not overpriced. The staff were very pleasant, and professional. They also do a Sunday carvery, we didn’t par take in it, but I can honestly say the car park was absolutely slammed when we arrived back at 2 o’clock. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I gave four stars for the staff they were very good and attentive & the food was good. The rooms were clean, however I felt like I was back in the 80s. It seems to have frozen in time and the bed was extremely uncomfortable probably still from the 80s

Excellent value for money, everything homecooked, right down to the chips! Had vegetarian lasagne, surfnturf, basket meals for teenagers. Would definitely visit again! Best to book, our server was handling all hospitality on the day. So calm and organised - deserved a tip!

I visited on Sunday for a carvary. I brought my wife and 2 little ones. Absolutely top notch delicious food. Normaly I'd have a case of eyes more than belly and I did in this case, but took my wife to stop me from licking the plate clean.

Great pub, 5 minute walk from our Airbnb. A good selection of beers and food, with very reasonable prices. Their chips were the best. Very friendly service.

Went to try something new as we run a pub ourselves and don’t get out much. What a disappointment! Reserved a table for 2 and we where shoved in the smallest room in the corner stuck between two larger tables, because of the size of the room the noise from the two tables was so loud, we couldn’t even talk! We ordered two steaks, one medium rare and one medium, well they where both medium, before I’d noticed I’d already put my garlic mushroom sauce on it, tried to eat as much as I could but it was disgusting, Chewy, sauce wasn’t great and chips where soggy as anything. We both agreed it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant night out and won’t be returning. Should really think about their table plans next time and make sure they’re getting their food sent out correctly

Ok, so I understand that this establishment is under new management, the meals we had were very nice, what concerned me most was that the bar person / front of house /order taker / waitress was rushed off her feet, the place was quite busy of a lunchtime, there were queues of people wanting to sit down, people wanting to pay their bills, and probably people waiting to order meals. I hope the management read this and sort it out. Oh and ask the little lady to SMILE
