A Taste of Colombia! Had a fantastic experience at this Colombian restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—full of authentic flavors. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a lovely vibe that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Absolutely amazing and authentic Colombian food. We came for lunch and it wasn't busy at first, but the restaurant soon filled up towards 2pm and the atmosphere was great. Felt like being in Latin America. The traditional Colombian breakfast a an absolute steal for the price and fills you up for the day. The bistec a caballo was also outstanding, even though I would've liked it cooked a bit more medium. The coffee was lovely as well.

This place is my go to for lunch when im in the office! Their lunch time special tastes like real home cooking and fills you up as if Abuela is feeding you! The staff are super friendly and always smiling, I cannot fault their service. Honestly one of my top 10 places to eat lunch in London.

Felt like home (Colombia)! The atmosphere was great, 10/10 service and delicious food as well as very generous plates. I’ve been to many Colombian restaurants in London and this is definitely the best one so far. I shall be coming back 100%!

If you’re looking to try authentic Colombian food, El Rancho de Lalo is a great pick. The portions are very generous, full of flavour, and the vibe is casual and welcoming. Great value for what you get! Also worth noting — the menu is partly halal, which is super helpful. Definitely recommend the bandeja paisa or fried fish with plantain. Will be back to explore more of the menu!

Possibly the worst "Colombian" food I have ever tried, inside or outside of Colombia. We visited El Rancho De Lalo after seeing its high rating. Atmosphere: 2 stars for the music. The staff serving us were very friendly and helpful at first. Food: Just awful. We ordered Bandeja Paisa, Pollo en salsa Criolla (this was chicken literally drowned in their house sauce), and Bistec a Caballo (also drowned in this poor excuse for a sauce). The meat on my plate (Bistec a Caballo) was tougher than I would feed my dog, and a little less tasty than leather! The sauce, which should be simply slowly fried onions and tomatoes, tasted like a liquified syrup. Everything else - tasteless. Price: stupid for what you have to try and eat. In fact, we left most of our plates and headed into the market for some proper food. The owner's son, who was in charge, turned his back on us when we tried to give him some feedback. The waitress commented that another table loved their food! Proper, homely, honest Colombian food should be quite simple and should be extremely tasty, as it is in many other establishments. How El Rancho de Lalo has got this so wrong!

This was my introduction to Colombian food and it did not disappoint. It was good to see a queue of hispanic people since I knew we were in the right place. Any meat lovers, this is the place. Every item was amazing. And I would also recommend trying the empanadas here. The only thing I didn’t like was the arepa cause it was dry. I dipped it into the beans but I think it’s just not my thing.

Wonderful little girl gem! Such a shame it closes so early - 7pm or 9.30pm. Definitely worth follow up visits to try other dishes.
