Amazing food. Loved their presentation of the seafood on ice at the entrance. Enjoyed the counter dining experience (walk-in only). Octopus, stuffed quail and sweetbread were all tasty with a little surprise each time the dish was served (creative flair). Dessert was superb, fluffy cream well balanced with fig. Definitely would love to return for more. I had a little to comment to make though: please consider having a tea and hot drink menu, and more interesting non-alcholic beverage options.

The food was excellent—on the pricier side, but definitely worth it. Service was outstanding from the bar staff through to management. A special mention to Karolina at the front desk: even though we didn’t have a booking, she kindly found us seats at the bar and later welcomed us warmly to a table as soon as one became available. The premium beer and margarita were both fantastic. I’d give this place 5 stars and will definitely be returning.

The food is indeed fantastic and the Counter experience is recommended. Went there in June. Arrived 15 minutes before the 17 o'clock opening on weekday and all the people in the queue plus whoever arrived within 20 or so minutes got a spot at the Counter. Your next best chance is around 18:30 to 19:00 when the first people with happy tummies start leaving. Either ask for recommendations or choose what you fancy. Pan Tomate was absolutely delicious, and so was the Mackerel. The Cuttlefish pappardelle were lovely too. Well, everything was good. Cremoso de Chocolate at the end was a fantastic finish.

The service truly was incredible, very friendly staff. We tried a lot of dishes, everything was perfect! Prices are high even for London but it was a special meal. Would recommend trying their specials

I really wanted to love this place and had been looking forward to this visit for a celebratory occasion. We were sat at the counter and ordered similar dishes as the group of 3 next to us. Yet from the time stamps on our photos, we were only served 2 lukewarm (albeit tasty) croquetas in the 45min from placing our order. We didn’t want to complain but eventually when one of the staff asked if everything was ok we replied honestly that we were hungry. The group next to us had received 4 dishes in that time including the tortilla and octopus which we had also ordered. He then told us that these dishes take time as they are made on the spot - no apology or I’ll check with the chef but the implication that we were impatient - this seemed not in keeping with any good customer service much less Michelin starred. The second dish (arroz negros) eventually came in nearly an hour from when we ordered, which understandably is a dish that might longer to cook but we had also ordered a gem lettuce side and tortilla etc that could have staved off our hunger in the meantime. The food was delicious although a tad salty and all chefs were working hard if inefficiently. They seemed to make one dish at a time despite multiple orders of the same being made and then the dish will go on a little journey up the counter to be garnished then down the counter to be dressed then around again as they looked whose dish it was for - which probably explained why some dishes ended up being lukewarm. I really loved the dishes but feel underwhelmed by the service for the price and how delays were handled. Eventually when he realised we hadn’t received our tortilla after more than an hour our wait staff apologised. We didn’t feel appreciated as customers and probably won’t go back as we’ve had better service with same level of food at Barrafina.

Another amazing dining experience for my husband’s 50th. We ordered the entire menu pretty much. I cannot tell you which dish was my favourite as they were all incredible! But that pig is so juicy and the crackling is perfection. Our server Ilaria was extremely helpful and made my husband’s birthday that more memorable. I want to return and explore more of the seafood options.

Loved everything we ordered. The prawn croquetas were so morish, the show-stopper suckling pig was crispy on the outside, soft perfectly cooked on the inside. Patatas mojo rojo and seafood rice so tasty.

Out of all the restaurants I've eaten at, including other Michelin starred establishments, Sabor is the best. If there's one dish you have to try, it's the Octopus at the counter. The octopus tentacled are grilled to perfection. A delightfully soft yet plump texture, filled with flavour, with a slightly crispy crust. The accompanying peppery and tomatoey sauce is hits your tongue with an explosion of flavour, absolutely mouthwatering. As you can probably tell I think about this dish a lot. Sabor's other offerings are also excellent, with a changing specials board (though the Octopus is on a another level in my opinion). Counter seats are mostly reserved for walk in, I've often been quickly seated as a solo diner or with one other.
