Date: 02/08/2025 I’m a regular customer of this restaurant and often order the double picanha burger, always expecting the same quality. However, today, I was very disappointed. I called the restaurant and spoke with Luana, who passed the issue on to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager refused to give her name and was extremely rude, simply saying there was nothing they could do and that I should complain directly through the Uber Eats app. I also asked about the expected weight of the picanha patties and was told it should be between 250g and 300g. Out of curiosity, I weighed mine — it had only 140g, nearly half of what was promised. I’m leaving this review hoping the restaurant will take this feedback seriously and improve both their customer service and the consistency of their product.

Sabores — More Style Than Substance The place looks promising, but the food didn’t quite deliver. Some dishes lacked flavour, others felt unbalanced — overall, a bit underwhelming. Service was fine, and the atmosphere pleasant, but the kitchen needs more soul and precision. Impression: Tried a few things — nothing stood out Presentation was nice, but taste didn’t match Might give it another shot, but not rushing back Verdict : Sabores has potential, but for now, it’s more about the vibe than the plate.

I’ve been for pastel and should have taken a photo here as the standard was simply awful and sinking in fat and oil with 1% chicken and only pastry , this should be illegal. It was the most horrible pastel I have had in my life. Simply awful. Full of oil, they got my order wrong, I have complained and not even received any free food as a a sorry for the inconvenience or to make the customer happy, the service was not good at all. I won’t be ever coming back after this. I have been a customer for over 10 years but I’ll go to other establishments after this horrible experience. The food has been going downhill. My bill was £60 for this. Shocking.

The food quality is very poor, and the price is unjustifiable. Service was very slow. We waited almost an hour for two burgers (for the quality best eat at Burger King or another fast food), one pastel, and a plate of stroganoff (with cold rice). I don't recommend it, especially for families.

The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere, lively music, and beautiful decorations, but the table avaliability is more for smaller groups (less than 8 people). Focusing on the food, price is medium but quality is really good so I would say you definetly get your momey's worth. It sticks true to brazillian cuisine, and there are a lot of menu options. The only negative thing I have to say is that the food does take a while, but not excessively bad, and this is a personal comment, but I wish there came more rice in my order. I'd recommend this restaurant for casual outings. The food fills you up quickly. It's delicious and accessible in price terms. Gostei muito. 👍

The restaurant was empty at first thing in the morning, but for me and my daughter it was perfectly like that. I was on my way home from the swimming lesson and she really wanted an English breakfast. I chose Sabores because it's more Latin that way... The food was good and my lemonade was successful!

A lovely restaurant. A bit different from the other Brazilian restaurants, it makes me feel like some home made food. Cozy environment, friendly and passionate service. Just a bit expensive but acceptable. They said live Brazilian music perform every Saturday night. Gonna dine in there again and I'm sure it would be another joyful dinner for the family.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant today, waited over an hour for two meals with no updates from the staff or manager, myself and my partner then chose to walk out as we couldn't bare to wait for longer. The takeaways are more priority in the restaurant than the clientes eating at the restaurant. I would give 0 stars if I could and won't be returning.
