Excellent vegetarian options. Sunday lunch finger licking good. Ask for peppercorn sauce and you’ll thank me. Parking available and warm ambiance inside. Nice little pub. Afternoon to remember. Will return. Dessert in picture is panacota with blueberries and orange syrup. Finished in seconds.

My partner and I were looking for a local pub to have some lunch. We first went to one on the High Street but were not impressed with the attitude of the waitress we met and also the atmosphere of the place. So, we thankfully decided to go somewhere else. As soon as we walked into The Old Swan Uppers we knew we had made the right decision! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the food and drink delicious, and it had a great relaxed atmosphere with some funky music :-) I cannot recommend this pub enough! A real local gem :-)

What a great find, lovely old pub with great friendly staff. Our waiter Archie was just lovely and really looked after us. The food was fantastic. I didn't have a starter but my friend did and the next time we come here I will be having the prawns they were superb. Classic fish and chips for dinner and that was lush, the cod was excellent. We will be back, love love love this place

Went there last Sunday for a roast. The roast beef was incredible and my son's Wellington was also equally lovely. We sat in the garden. It was spacious. Pleasant all round. I usually think pub roasts are pretty awful, but this was a pleasant surprise. A very nice surprise

Second visit to this wonderful pub with my elderly parents. They normally prefer to eat in garden centres and the like aarrggghhh! However, they have been converted. They live nearby and say that this is their new favourite place to eat. They both had fish and chips, whilst my wife had lobster and crab burger. I had pork belly. All the meals were delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Old Swan with my little hiking group. We had to pre order our food but damn was it worth it! The food was fantastic, so much variety, massive portions and the service was impeccable - we will be back!

Delicious roast!! Every part of the meal was perfectly seasoned and cooked really well! Service was quick and the team are super friendly and well organised. Highly recommend
