I used to live in melksham and loved going to this costa coffee. It's clean, has some great staff and great coffee. Visited this today again and it's still great. Lovely coffee and great atmosphere.

Thank you Melksham Costa for always providing us wonderful coffee and a lovely experience when we visit (which is a lot!). All of the staff are great, especially Kelly & Jordan who go out of their way to provide a great experience. Look forward to seeing you in there again soon, Beth & Paul ☺️

I asked for coffee with full sugar hazelnut syrup. It tasted so heavily of artificial sweetener I couldn't drink it. When I took it back I was told that they only had full sugar hazelnut syrup so it couldn't possibly have artificial sweetener in it, as if I can't tell the difference between sugar and sweetener. The female I spoke to had a poor attitude, she waved a bottle at me from a distance as if to prove what she was saying (far enough away that I couldn't read the label) and was most unhelpful. She badly needs some customer services training. Based on this first visit I shan't be using Melksham Costa again.

Understaffed broken dish washer tables not cleaned nor cup removed had to clear a table to sit down and they wasnt even busy
