McDonald's

Arrived just before 7.30 am, surprised to see so many people there waiting for opening time. The staff opened the doors and welcomed everybody. The place was clean, and food prepared quickly as you would expect. It was so nice to have friendly staff who actually seemed happy at work. This usually happens when the management do a good job and appreciate their staff.

Fantastic chap called Ian keeping the place spotless. His attention to detail is amazing. Been in a few times in the evening and every time hes got all the chairs upside-down cleaning every bit thoroughly. Really deserves a mention. Brilliant member of staff

This is not fast food – it’s a complete disgrace. Today, as a delivery driver, I had to wait over 40 minutes for an order. It was a double order from Uber, which meant I had no choice but to wait for both. Because of this, the first customer’s food was stone cold long before I even left this so-called “restaurant.” The staff were extremely rude and clearly didn’t care about anything. When I asked if there was any chance I could get my order soon, I received a sarcastic and pointless response. The staff member was visibly irritated and acted like she hated me for no reason. She said, “Your order will show up on the screen when it’s ready. Just wait.” Well, it never showed up on the screen. In total, I wasted 50 minutes of my work time to earn £5, and the customer received cold, tasteless McDonald’s. I have no idea how this dump is still open, but they’re certainly on the right track to being shut down.

Lost another customer. Why has eating at McDonald's become a chore, it's just seems inefficiently difficult to just make an app order and have it cooked there. If you're a fan of slow food and a headache it's great

I only ever use this place as a last resort because of poor service but today i was astonished at being banned for noticing and complaining about it. You would think they could take it as constructive criticism to improve the service. I parked next to a woman who was already waiting for her food for twenty minutes when eventually i obtained mine before her and pointed this out to the worker who complained about me complaining to the manager who banned me for it. I was loud and angry but did not shout or swear. I did however use big words like incompetance which definately triggered both worker and manager alike.

I was in store the other day and the staff are always extremely friendly, one who stood out was a shift manager called Ben, he catered to everything I had needed and made sure the experience was worth while, I figured he deserved some recognition and I hope this review is seen and he is credited for it!

Nice clean restaurant, friendly table service and will operated food. This is a very busy McDonald's, I had the last parking space on my visit. Wall sockets with USB outlets at certain tables were handy for my to charge and use my laptop on the visit.

I placed an order from McDonald’s which included three Happy Meals and a Medium 5 Chicken Selects meal. When the order arrived, one of the Happy Meals and the entire Chicken Selects meal were missing. I called the store immediately to report the issue, but the manager I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than apologising or offering a solution, they made it seem as though the mistake was my fault. To make matters worse, I was told I would need to come and collect the missing items myself. This is completely unrealistic as I have three young children at home and cannot just leave them to go pick up food that should have been delivered correctly in the first place. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expect better service, and I hope this issue will be taken seriously and resolved appropriately.
