Lovely little café. The room at the back is very cosy and warm, with its double log burner. And the food was amazing. Can't wait to come back when it will get a bit warmer, to enjoy a little walk around. And it's dog friendly!

Very good, unfussy, cafe with a good range of options on the menu. The option to wander down the lane and see the bison, and buy meat from the cafe. They have games and books etc available that kept our grandsons happy for quite a while. Food was excellent, they did my bacon buttie just now I like it 😁. We'll definitely be going again.

Fantastic café! My wife and I had the full English—everything was cooked perfectly, and the bacon was the best we’ve had in ages. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a nice touch with a local bird survey on display. Bonus points for selling venison and bison. We’ll definitely be back!

Long walk from parking to entrance. Two tills to queue at, fingers crossed you get the quicker one. Lot's of signs with instructions, didn't realise cafe's were so complex. Food and drink fine.

Sun roof down, lovely drive out in the county with my son visiting from abroad. Excellent service, advised to look at the bison herd whilst waiting for the food to be prepped. The alpha male was a lovely majestic animal, we were grateful to have seen them. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, bison burger on point, a bowl of chips thrown, the quantity more than enough for two. Definately a second visit with other family members planned.
