My Delhi Newcastle

Crystal was a fantastic host. Super friendly but not over bearing and a wonderful smile for her customers. She recommended most of the dishes we ate. I have to say they were all delicious! Highly recommend. Service, quality and price were excellent. Thanks to Crystal and all the team for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing, the food was unreal, really fresh! Our server Our server Sushie was brilliant. All staff were friendly. The atmosphere was great. It is a definite return! Returned for a second time: Second time at My Delhi. The food is amazing and so fresh bursting with flavour. Staff are second to none, they are so friendly, happy to help and always a smile on their face. We had Shruthi as our server and she was brilliant and funny too! We will 100% be back again :)

The food was absolutely excellent, delicious, flavorful, and simply yummy. We ordered butter chicken, Kozhi chicken curry with rice and garlic naan on the side, plus samosa chaat. The main dishes were rich, saucy, creamy, and packed with authentic taste. Our server, Crystal, made the experience even more memorable. I’ve never met a waitress who worked with such genuine excitement. You could see from her smile and energy that she truly loves her job. She explained the menu with passion and care. I don’t know her personally, but her name suits her perfectly. Crystal, because she has a crystal-clear, pure heart. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, making me feel like I was in the heart of India. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a real Indian street food experience.

What an absolute gem. From start to finish a superb experience. Service was excellent, everyone was really friendly and attentive. No doubt that food is 5/5. The menu is interesting, there are lots of veggie options and the kitchen is nut free. Food arrived quickly and was fresh. Really couldn’t fault it.

Very popular place so probably best to book. Loved my roadhouse curry canteen thali really tasty and plentiful. He chose 3 street plates and wolfed them down! Plenty of drinks available. No on site parking. Toilets upstairs. 10% surcharge which seems to be the norm now.

A very nice medium sized restaurant with lovely decor. Friendly staff and the food was very nice. Music was a bit loud, it felt like a Bollywood rave at one point 🤣 Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

All I can say is Lush!!! I saw the 4k+ reviews and thought I would try. I literally can't complain, curry was brilliant, popadoms fresh and plentiful. Chili, garlic & CHEESE garlic bread was fresh and delicious! Will be back

After a recommendation from our neighbours they had visited the branch in Sunderland …. But being restaurant week in Newcastle we found a sister MYDELHI in Clayton Street …. We were not disappointed ! Food was hot tasty so flavoursome ….. and our waitron Shruthi was friendly great sense humour and service was just how we like it sharp & efficient …. We are defintely going back we had option B Starter…. Talipa Fish Curry …. Put a big smile on my partners face … I ate the Butter Chicken … full of flavour and tender with cool drinks a mere £47 for two …. Place was very busy very cosmopolitan loved it thank you for a delightful lunch .
