Popped in as a group of five without booking and got a table straight away. So much character from the bridge onto the small island to the decor and views. Great quality food and fast service. Ample free car park.

We went to Daft Eddy?s for the first time a few weeks ago, we were skeptical considering the recent reviews. We had an enjoyable experience over looking the water in their outside dining area. The food was good but nothing to rave about. We enjoyed a few drinks and popped into Little Eddy?s for a coffee afterwards. Slightly overpriced but worth it for the atmosphere.

Top Spot. Great all-round visit, location, food, drinks and service. I had Pork,Leek and Guinness Sausages with Champ and Gravy then afters of Banoffee Pie and Cream all washed down with a pint of Smithwicks whilst being serenaded by garden birds in the trees and shrubs of well maintained grounds. Will definitely return. Dog welcomed also.

Daft Eddy's has been a place you can come to for a good meal anytime of the year. Even though we live halfway across the country sits worth the drive whenever we can make it. Personally love the Burger with Blue cheese. Can't wait for the next one!

Stumbled here by chance and what a gem! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was relaxed with beautiful views over the lough. The food was really tasty - simple, well made and with generous portions. They have plenty of gluten free options and cater to vegans as well. Would highly recommend.

Booked a table today for 2pm for a party of 9. We were greeted by a very rude female manager who tried to tell us that we had booked the table for 1.30pm (we definitely didn?t as several of us heard the time when we phoned to book). She was adamant she was right and regardless her customer service skills were appalling. As a business owner myself, if our manager or a member of our staff treated any customer in this way, we would be ashamed (in fact we wouldn?t keep them, especially not in management). We have been loyal customers attending regularly for the last number of years but in all honesty I can?t see us being back after today.

Called in for dinner as we had been on a lovely drive in the area. Hadn't book but accommodated us with a table with a view. So relaxing we didn't feel rushed and food was gorgeous ?
