Plan Burrito

First time I've gone here. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining all steps and gave recommendation when I was not sure on what to try. Ate in, the place is clean and well kept, overall happy with my experience. Food makes for a quick, but tasty, lunch when out and about in the city.

I got a delivery it was full of meat really nice bit much for me. Only problem i have with these guys is the price man I paid nearly 30 quid for an extra large burrito. Think I'd rather visit the restaurant next time. But glad I got to try ya

They make massive burritos for a decent sum of money and I'll be dreaming of their tender, flavourful, pulled beef for months. Food - The food is awesome! I had a medium pulled beef burrito meal. It was massive and delicious. It works by; you pick your meat, the server runs through all the additional bits like rice, beans, cheese etc, then you pick salsa and salad. The meal comes with nachos and a drink, they offer a good range of soft drinks and a small range of beer. Service - The server was lovely, slightly run ragged but it was late in the day but she took her time explaining how the system works, it felt friendly and warm. She didn't ask about allergies which is unfortunate so I had to play it safe. (I should have asked but I did get ill as a result - I'm allergic to onion) Atmosphere - Downstairs is warm, inviting and has a good atmosphere, the music was too loud, unfortunately we sat upstairs which was barren and harshly lite. Don't sit upstairs and you'll be fine. - The toilet is not wheelchair accessible and you would struggle to access the restaurant properly in a chair.

My favourite burrito place in Norwich, and in fact, the whole of Norfolk. Great food, super helpful/ friendly staff. If you love tacos, burritos and quesadillas.. then you NEED to come here. I recommend the chicken tinga 😁

It was a dine-in experience for us. I find the food delicious at a sensible price. I especially like the variety of ingridents for burittos which you can choose from to customise the order. Portion was sensible. Between burittos, tacos and others you choose what you need from mild to very exciting options of meat and ingridents and sauces. Certainly you should expect burittos to be quite filling. Tasty nacho chips I must mention too, which I have no doubt it will be great as mains too if I would've chosen it.

With a few simple steps you can load yourself up with an excellent burrito. I always like taking recommendations when trying somewhere for the first time and the staff were super helpful here is what we put together... Regular Burrito with half pulled brisket and half caramelised beef. Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Seasoned Veg, Grated Cheese, Medium Salsa, Guacamole, Shredded Lettuce and Jalapeños. Now, I tell you what, that caramelised beef is so good! The whole burrito was epic and full of flavour. It still amazes me how much skill there is in wrapping one of these. Robb's Rating: 8.3/10

Really enjoyed plan burrito, food was absolutely lovely chicken was a tad dry but as expected towards the end of the day for someone that offers a build your own burrito/taco place, all the topping were amazing, great salsa and guac. Really lovely staff and venue, a massive step up from somewhere like tortilla for a similar price point. Couple things on the menu were a tad pricy but defo worth it would recommend

We stopped in for a quick dinner and we're very pleased. Our burritos were prepared fresh and we're very delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
