Dropped by Taco Bell Norwich and had a pretty good experience overall. The customer service was friendly and efficient — staff were welcoming and got our order out quickly, which is always a plus. The tacos were just alright — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. They did the job, but I wouldn’t say they wowed me. Still, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite and the vibe was relaxed. Would go back to try a few other menu items!

I love Taco Bell! I’m so pleased it’s now open in Norwich! Fast, clean and overall amazing! I got the beefy melt burrito it is definitely my new favourite thing off the menu! Taco Bell meat is always tender and full of flavour. The chicken tenders are also fantastic, they remind me of Greggs chicken tenders. The Cheesy gordita crunch use to be my favourite taco with a soft and crunchy taco shell. However since trying the burritos, the burritos are my favourite! I always recommend getting loaded fries instead of plain. There’s many condiments/ sauces to try from. The lava dip is the best! Lastly the refill drinks you can’t beat! Perfection! 100% recommend Taco Bell always! It’s filling, quick and cheap!

The fries were the best bit they are like msg seasoning heaven and they were hot and they were amazing with the cheesy sauce and the guacamole. The burrito itself was a bit bland and dry. But it was easy to eat with the sauces and chips. The hot sauce is really yummy. The Mountain Dew is also really yummy. The person on the till was clearly new but she was trying her best and she was stuck on changing the drink in my order but she did have someone more experienced helping her, unfortunately they also didn’t know how to change it and it took a few extra minutes to take the order. Overall it was good though, it was cheap and filling

Plus, the fact that it’s open late makes it a lifesaver when you need a bite after a night out or just want a snack beyond regular dining hours.

Update 3: Returned here again on Saturday, the screens were fully working, the staff were friendly and helpful and way more organized, and the food was correctly made! Could do with someone cleaning the tables a bit more! (Oh and the toilet was disgusting!!) But much more of an improvement than my first visit! 👍 Update 2: I got a full refund and the person was very helpful and apologetic. I think the staff need a bit longer training and certain staff need some customer service training! Either way I'll avoid going here for a while until they get the hang of things, and as a vegetarian, id definitely avoid the crunch taco! Update: ordered some black bean soft shell tacos to take away and once I got home they have put them through as normal soft shell tacos, but they gave us hardshell tacos that also had meat in them after asking multiple times if things were vegetarian! Definitely check your food and receipts in the store before leaving! Absolute shambles! waited for ages in a queue outside, once we were in the self service machines weren't working (because apparently the vegetarian menu doesn't work), so had to order at the til, we then found out that the black bean crunch tacos (which are on the vegetarian menu) are fried in the same oil as the chicken is fried in?, also while we were trying to order the girl on tils kept walking away half way through our order to deal with something in the kitchen or to hand out orders? Terrible service and there is no cleaner so the floor, tables and toilet are horrendously dirty, hoping this is just where it's new as have been to multiple taco bells around the UK and they've been banging!

BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE DIETARY OR ALLERGEN REQUIREMENTS! My partner and I eat at Taco Bell every so often, and the food is always very nice (at least what they get right). Most of the time we get it delivered it arrives cold, no fault of Taco Bell but bear that in mind if you order. My partner has dietary requirements and can’t have meat, Taco Bell has got a delicious red bean alternative however we consistently get given the meat version instead, while in store this is no issue as I can simply ask them to swap it out however every time is an inconvenience and causes food to cool down before enjoying, but getting the food delivered lacks this luxury. After our most recent purchase all 3 items of food my partner ordered with the bean alternative came with beef and chicken, this is totally unacceptable, not only is it £20+ down the drain in food that I cannot manage to eat all myself but she is left without a meal and it can be very dangerous to anyone who is allergic, since we very consistently receive our orders like this I would advise anyone with allergies or dietary requirements to not bother ordering the food to your house but pick up your order to ensure you get the correct and safe food and you don’t lose your money.

Me and my mate ordered delivery we were missing one lot of 3 tenders and dips. The sauce portion on the loaded fries was so little, they added sour cream in my wrap when I asked for no sour and worst of all, there was a strand of red hair in my fries. Last time we had tacobell it didn't disappoint but today they really did us dirty.

Absolutely awful experience, food took 25 minutes to get and only ordered two wraps and some fries, not the first time this has happened too, my partner ordered a small wrap and also took around 25 minutes for it. Service is terrible, looks like workers aren’t really doing anything, having a chat for the most of it, they literally throw the order at you with no greeting, basically just rude Oh and the music too, would be ok for a normal wait time, but when you’re there for 25 minutes it gets rather annoying
