Tortilla Norwich

I visited Tortilla Norwich today (quiet Sunday afternoon) I opted for the chicken with Mexican rice, but unfortunately, the chicken had just run out and was scraped from the bottom of the tray. As a result, I had to pick out a few overcooked, burnt pieces (hard black bits) which was disappointing. For the price, I found the portion size and overall quality underwhelming, especially considering that toppings come at an additional charge, which quickly increases the cost. The food was served on metal trays, which I assume are meant to contribute to a casual, cantina-style aesthetic, but unfortunately the rust is a bit of a vibe killer.

Was really delicious! Extremely filling and definitely could stretch between two meals. Staff are super friendly, even if the service is a little bit slow, and even apologised for a discount being taken down unexpectedly. Toilet door is interesting and the flush was broken, so maybe avoid using the toilet there.

This is lovely food. Fresh and well prepared, you can definitely taste the difference! Lovely staff, you can have your food built to your requirements(not just what's in a board) I shall definitely go back!

I usually come in after work once a week and order a burrito bowl and have always found the quality to be consistent, with freshly prepared ingredients. It’s really great for a healthy post-gym dinner when you’re not in the mood to cook anything. The server Sarah was really helpful and friendly, especially as I cannot eat coriander, so she was able to recommend different sauces to me. I will be back for more 🌯

Lovely experience at Tortilla today, the place was incredibly clean and welcoming. I came in with two of my friends, absolutely famished, and was served by Sarah. Brilliant service by Sarah today, very professional and remained patient with me despite my indecisiveness while picking my burrito toppings. I chose a pork burrito in the end with lots of sauce and a variety of salad, her expert eye knew exactly how much of the toppings to add to my burrito that culminated in a loaded burrito that was perfectly wrapped. Thanks Sarah!!!

I’m rarely one to leave reviews, but I came by Tortilla for the first time today and was blown away! Delicious, high quality food served quickly by lovely staff, who were happy to chat while they made my burrito. A really good variety of combinations too. Thank you so much - this will definitely be my regular lunch spot 😊

EXCELLENT - gluten free , dairy free - these guys have nailed it . It’s all very safe for allergies , delicious food with no ill effects . Friendly and helpful staff & a blue light discount ! Amazing asset to Norwich imo !

I always pop here with my daughter for lunch on the weekends or school holidays. She absolutely loves the food, and people who work here. Especially the girls that worked today were nice Sarah and Mashan(?) not sure about the second name sorry 😭 The best place to get burritos in Norwich for sure
