Alora Restaurant

My friend and I visited Alora on Saturday to try their bottomless brunch and it was truly lovely! Their tapas selection was good, varied and tasted delicious. Its some of the best tapas we've ever had. We tried the prosecco, white and rose wine which were all beautiful. The staff were so attentive, kept us topped up and created a friendly, professional atmosphere. There is real value for money. We will definitely be back!

Went for a Saturday evening with a few friends. We were so impressed with the quality of the food, we forgot to take pics. We had tapas and small plates. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Loved the fusion of flavours and textures. Cocktails were also really well done. The cheesecake looked small but was so rich and so good. Really friendly staff too. Would definitely come back again.

So we decided to go here for a long overdue date night. On arrival, we were seated in what seemed a pretty strange area, which was neither in the main dining area or at the bar. Despite asking the guy if we could move, he unfortunately couldn't change our table. We ordered 8 dishes in all, plus some flat bread with truffle oil ( my favourite dish ), and a couple of fish dishes, including the cod and the mackerel. All dishes were hot, fantasicly presented, and tasted divine. Every single plate we ordered was executed to perfection 👌 We also had a nice bottle of Italian white wine and 2 desserts, which were fabulous. The whole meal between the two of us came to £118, for which we both agreed was money well spent, and we will be going back to try some of the other dishes. A special thanks to the female waitress who looked after us with the desserts, etc, very attentive, and very professional.

Stunning once again for our visit, this time trying the Sunday Lunch menu. The Tapas menu is also amazing and a bar seating view is the way to go with a great view of the kitchen and service

Visited for Christmas Eve. A cute restaurant that is beautifully decorated with friendly staff and lots of room. Tapas-style food comes out as and when it's ready, so the food is nice a hot. Lots of tasty options, but our favourites were the Korean-style cauliflower and the flatbread. My Mum commented that she felt like she could taste every ingredient in each dish, which was lovely. Cocktails were OK. I didn't find the Margarita to be too heavy on the tequila which is great because sometimes people go a bit nuts with the tequila. Balanced out really well with the salted rim. Will 100% return!

Fabulous evening! Food is spot in, the staff are super friendly and the service is great. Decor is stunning - will definitely be back to try more of the dishes!

Absolutely OBSESSED with this place! The food is delicious - some of the best in Nottingham - and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff were very attentive and friendly (I always love it when table water is given straight away). We had two flatbreads, two tapas and two small plates (plus two drinks) between two and it was just over £70 with service. Can’t fault the place. I’ll definitely be back. My new favourite! You HAVE to try the gnocchi (it’s like nothing I’ve ever tasted before) and the Korean chicken with watermelon.

Had one of every tapas item on the menu between 3 . Great way of seeing what you like best and good value.
