PNKS BISTRO LOUNGE

This is my absolute favourite food place, it’s my go to to order on uber eats, and the restaurant itself is amazing, all the decor and even the atmosphere is incredible I would 100% recommend to anyone. The food absolutely amazing and I have genuinely not had anything better for this type of food. If your craving burgers, mac n cheese, chicken or anything is this category this is the place for you (my personal favourite is the cheesy burger), this place always follows my special instructions and overall a great place 😊

Do not order from this place!! Absolutely vile food standards. Arrived with a black hair in the box meal and the lettuce on the burger was BROWN. First and last time I’ll be ordering from this place, take note & save yourself some money. 🤮

I went on the grand opening day, but I ordered to collect. While they are ironing out the online ordering process, the food is excellent and is great value. I love the PNKS stamp on the burger and the chips were cut in a creative groove. The atmosphere is more for young adults and small but this is the beginning. My family will order more since it is great quality food and great value. I wish them nothing but success.

Had to give a review on this as the food was 🔥🔥 and the place has just opened. We got the PNKS box and everything was perfect even the rice was full of flavour with a little kick. Their BBQ ribs are a Madness soo soft off the bone. I got king prawn and fish bites as a side which you have to try for yourself! Even had to get extra to take away I’m definitely coming back again 🤤 Happy customers 👏🏾👏🏾

The most delicious burgers, chips and chicken strips ever. Served with house mayo or bbq dip. We ate in the bistro, clean, quirky, staff were brilliant. A great find, and we will be back. I can only say WOW.

Have eaten from here before and it's been decent but this time was horrendous. Ordered from Uber Eats, took them an hour and 30 minutes to prepare. £10 for their "dynamite chicken" which was 2 tenders cut up into bite sized pieces with a bit of sauce on top. Didn't even add the cabbage advertised. Looked utterly pathetic. I've ordered their red velvet cake before and it's always been good but this time they sent out a clearly very cheap alternative, texture was like rubberly and genuinely tasteless. The absolute nerve to charge £7 for one slice of whatever that was 😂 Outrageous. Won't be ordering from here agai

Ordered a burger.. it was 2 for 1 which I thought was great until the food actually arrived and was disappointed.. chicken slaw burger is what I ordered and the chicken was so overcooked it was like eating an rubber eraser after 2 bites I had to leave it and wasted 2 full burgers.. definitely won’t be ordering from here again, chicken is hard to get wrong and this was past the point of just overcooked.. could have used a fake plastic burger and wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference also the coleslaw was very tangy which worried me wasn’t a nice flavour was almost sour and I’m pretty sure coleslaw is supposed to be creamy and sweet especially if it’s going with a “spicy” burger just overall a massive fail

I’d like to say the customer service was exceptional everyone was so polite and friendly and the chef was really nice when I asked him if he could make my chicken burger as a spicy one because I got both chicken and beef the star of the show for me was the rib seasoned to perfection and cooked bang on. Mac and cheese could have done with abit more seasonings and the spicy chicken filet could have been abit more spicer but that’s personal preference, I like the fact the corn came with butter to.
