Starbucks Coffee

This is one of our favourite stores, on par with Johnstone. It is always busy but we've never had a drink order wrong and I did go through a phase of making several customisations but it was correct every time! Service was a bit slower yesterday than usual but I'm always happy to wait for a quality drink. Staff are friendly and tables are cleared fairly quickly. Toilets always nice and clean!

The place is nice. It’s a good place to meet up with people and have conservation there. Just the drink is meh. Staff are not friendly probably because they are busy and the barista doesn’t care about the quality of the drinks. They look like just wants to get the job done ASAP.

I ordered 2 drinks mine was a coconut milk mocha with normal whipped cream to take away. Was pit in a sit in cup, so I mentioned it was take away. The girl took the coffee and poured it from the sit in cup to the take away cup, I've asked for it to be made again she wasn't happy about it but had the cheek to make another drink while I waited for her to make my drink again. Then just put the cup on the counter never says my name or anything just a bad experience. She never wanted to be there and that's fine but don't ruin my day!

It's fine. It's a starbucks so the best drink they offer is tea, but that's just one opinion. Only had drinks.

Service from staff is usually good, however recently everytime I visit there are more and more issues with orders, specifically to do with how drinks are being made. Having previously worked in this environment, you can unfortunately tell that proper recipes are not being followed, which do not appear to be mistakes but instead laziness to cut corners and save time. People pay a lot of money for Starbucks products, and the ignorance of staff by not following simple procedures is incredibly disrespectful to customers by wasting their time and money. This is also sadly not isolated to this store but across other stores. Definitely not all staff but seems to be a more of gamble each visit on whether your drink is drinkable or not.

Served by two lovely and very helpful girls Lauren and Danielle. Lauren changed cup sizes for my elderly mum and advised what size to ask for on my next visit. Both were friendly and made me want to return. Coffee I had was great. New decor is lovely too.

Ordered 7 mins before pick up. Went to drive through to collect. 4 staff members gossiping, engrossed in petty conversation that was not related to the job. We were the only ones in the drive through, no one was at the main counter inside. Took another 6 mins to get our order. Driving away, we found the order was wrong. We asked 1 pump of syrup in each of the three coffees but, due to their lack of attention, all of the drinks were disgusting. More syrup than anything else, no coffee taste. Had to pick up my daughter from school so couldn’t go back for new order or refund. All drinks were binned and I’m out about £20. Always check your order at the drive through, the staff here are the worst starbucks has to offer. Try Renfrew road or the new one in Barrhead. Never had a problem with either of those.

The drinks was absolutely amazing the caramel frappachino was tea although the food was a bit stale but the cake pops were a bite nice Service was great barista was kind Atmosphere the place was pretty cozy but could do with some plants
