Shocking experience here today. Have never tried Taco Bell and had been looking forward to it. Safe to say we’ll never be back. Terrible customer service for one, we placed our order on the self service but no one thought to inform us that the drinks machine was out of order. So when our order was finally called we had to pick from a small selection of bottles and cans, none of which were the drinks advertised that we’d ordered. The person serving us who I’m assuming may have been a manager wasn’t even wearing a uniform and could not have cared less. The food itself was not as advertised, there looked to be about a teaspoon full of meat in each burrito, no fries inside even though it was the fries loaded burritos we had ordered and they were absolutely drowned in sauce. On to the premises.. we had been going to sit in but changed our mind when we couldn’t find a clean table to eat from. Absolutely filthy with overflowing bins and grubby windows and doors. I genuinely didn’t want to touch a single surface. Also a pungent smell throughout. Whoever manages this establishment seriously needs a shake. Nearly £20 spent on lunch which went in the bin. In this economy it’s just not acceptable.

Place was an absolute dump. Food everywhere, bins full, messy tables. High chair looked and felt like it'd never been cleaned. Would hate to see what it's like when it's busy. They don't even have the decency to mark the wrappers so you'll have to guess who's is who's.

The place an absolute dump, dirty tables and food on the floor, and the place wasn’t even busy. I ordered a wrap, chips and nachos. The chips were absolutely covered with seasoning and that was all I could taste, a seasoned sand. The wrap was tasteless, no seasoning, no flavours, all I could taste was lettuce. Nachos with cheesy sauce were ok.

Currently at Taco Bell as writing this, workers are playing rave music which I feel is inappropriate, workers are shouting and screaming, ordered glazed churros, churros were cold and the glazing wasn’t even melted, didn’t get my cup for my drink. Very disappointed.

It's taco bell, it's delicious, the cheese, the beans, the beef! What's not to love. Good fast service, friendly staff. Good parking and a drive through in place. Really quiet when I visited. One of the better taco bell stores I've visited

I ordered 2 gordita crunches and received entirely something else, i also requested black beans in both and they contained minced meat, which I can't eat because I'm vegetarian. This is the second time this has happened. I thought the first time it could have been a mistake but please make sure you check whether something is to contain meat or not as I can't eat it for personal health reasons. Taco bell is the only takeaway we like and this has put us off for a while
