We had a very good seafood dinner in a great atmosphere. The staff was very nice and the price was really good too. We also enjoyed the selection of low alcohol beers! We would definetly come back any time!

Solid lunch here, not too busy despite being a Saturday. Lovely bright, sunny interior. Enjoyed the beef burger with bacon and cheese, excellent triple cooked chips too! Best we’ve had in a long time. Fish finger sandwich was knock out. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. Outdoor area gets the sun too. Cheers.

I've been to Customs House Bistro in Poole many times over the years, and it never disappoints. The service is consistently exceptional – welcoming, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The food is equally impressive. The Thai mussels, in particular, are a standout dish – full of flavour and always perfectly cooked. Lovely location for breakfast, the food was amazing and service awesome. The chef happily my wife's odd breakfast request, cooked banana, and he went over and above by caramelising it! Wonderful

I went for lunch today in a group of four and having not been here for many years, I'm so glad that we did. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, the food was all freshly cooked and we didn't mind waiting a little for it to come at that high standard. Service was attentive but not over bearing and the food and wine list were all reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to my friends. Thank you for hosting us.

This is a beautiful location for a meal at any time of day, I was here for breakfast and a walk along the harbour. Because of the location the price is bound to be a little higher. The staff were attentive and prompt. I had a small English breakfast and a cappuccino which came out first and was very nice, hot and strong. I was a little dissatisfied with the breakfast as neither the bacon nor beans were hot, they didn’t have that just cooked feel about them. But the portion and flavours were great. I didn’t complain directly, normally would but I was in a rush. Minor niggles and I would return

The place is truly a gem! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is exceptional! We came in with a few special requests, including many allergies and the staff made sure our experience was amazing nonetheless. If you happen to be in Poole, make sure you stop at Custom House for one of your meals!
