Great service and even better food! Meat was perfectly cooked and always served with a smile. Would highly recommend an excellent dinner experience - with a great view of the quay.

Great service, lovely location and most importantly... Great food! The meat section that came around was delicious, very nicely seasoned, hot and a great variety. All served by knowledgeable waiters who explained about the meat and style of cooking when asked. Highly recommend.

Okay so we came here roughly 3 years ago and it was amazing the outside was clean and it felt like a high end experience… I couldn’t fault it at all…. Tonight we came back and was disappointed from the get go … we walked up to the door and it looked like it had shut down 6 months ago, the out door bit is seriously run down and looks like something out of the apocalypse… then we got seated at our table(next to the window) (this was at 5:30pm) and the view was great BUT the sun was in your eyes and the heat coming from the window was unbearable so we moved table… the whole time we were there it was quiet and it just felt like there was no atmosphere at all.. after this all the meats came around the majority of it either tased burnt or unbearably salty.. when your paying upwards of £60 per person for dinner and a drink I expect to at least be able to taste what I’m eating…. Then the dress code.. when it first opened they were strict on a dress code being smart casual and as I said before it felt like a high end night out but unfortunately that has slipped aswell and it felt like they would let anyone in tonight. The tables and general decor felt both dirty and outdated really not what you would expect from this place… the only good thing I can really say was the staff were nice and had a excellent attitude towards us… we will NOT be coming here again and are more then willing to try out the steakhouse next door instead as just from walking by felt like the better option by a mile.. it’s really sad as I personally loved this place when it first opened but now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone… hopefully they can turn things around…

We went here on 8/10/25 for my little boy's 7th birthday and had such a lovely time. The food was amazing, the service impeccable, and the staff were just so nice. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. They cook various meats to your liking. The salad and potatoes and sauces/cheese bar is delicious. Its an all you can eat, well worth the money. You can sense that they care about their food and their customers. Been going to their site in Weymouth for years and so glad they have a site he in Poole now. great view of the quay and boats too. I highly recommend. I personally love the lamb and various steaks

Food was lovely, they brought alot out at once then there was a delay instead of a slower steady visits. Lovely view and staff was nice

Went for a meal here over the weekend on an early Sunday evening. It was such a pleasure and nothing we could have faulted. A table next to the window with the views of the quay. The buffet was well stocked with fresh bread, salads and hot dishes. The meat which was brought round was very tasty, cooked to perfection and a lot of it too! They kept coming back with more to make sure we were full. The staff and meat carvers were all very friendly. We will be back one of our favourite restaurants!!!

Well worth the drive from Lyme Regis! My partner and I came here for dinner and had a great dining experience. Jess and the waitstaff team were lovely, attentive and so friendly. The meats and cocktails were delicious and the salad bar had a nice variety of vegetables and light sides. We are visiting the UK from Australia for a few weeks, however if we lived here we’d definitely be coming back regularly!
