Taco Bell

Disgusting place. Never been to a fast food place so grim. Bins were completely full, rubbish on every table and all over the floor, the sauce containers were all empty and full of rubbish and empty food bags. The serving counter was covered in stuff, from drinks lids, sauce sachets, napkins, It was just a mess. People were joking when they walked in asking if the place had been ram raided, as it was so messy. The staff didn’t care at all. One guy with a beard spent the whole time we were there on his phone leaning against the wall. They were throwing things at each other, swearing and just didn’t have a care in the world. Didn’t really fill me with confidence with how my food was being handled. Only giving it 2 stars because the food was ok. But otherwise, absolutely would be 1 star.

Visited here last weekend. Wanted something a bit different and quick. This place is a classic example of a place that opens and has lovely decor and then just declines with a lack of care. Nothing looked dusted for months, signage was scruffy. The fridge was almost empty behind the server desk but there were packs of cans stacked up by the rear wall on full view. The service was painfully slow and the resulting food disappointing, maybe its nornal for the tacos to have the tiniest bit of beef in I dont know but wasn't very filling or good value. The seeming manager was very hands off just walking back and forth but often stood waiting doing nothing. Takes not cleared, drinks machine out of flavours. This place could have a really nice vibe and may e when it opened it did but there is no love there now and its a shame.

Nice staff and good food, although I'd recommend going earlier in the day as the food tastes off if you go late in the evening. The restaurant is a bit grubby, and it concerned me staff were taking cash from customers and using their phones wearing the same gloves when they were preparing food! Massive cross contamination concern and if I hadn't ordered food before I saw that from both members of staff I would've left!

Missed 3 items from my order. Ordered through uber eats and called up and they had no luck finding my order. We’ve had items missing before from them too. Food was nice for what we had.

Just wanna give a shout out to Adam at the Tower park store in Poole. Dude went out of his way to look after us and was professional, polite and friendly. We will absolutely go back to this place, the service we recieved was excellent and the food itslef was great. Cheers Adam, thanks for going the extra mile!

Me and my friend come here every Thursday and Sunday and the staff are always so lovely!! Our favourite place to eat

Restaurant is dirty hasn’t been cleaned from the night before! We were the first customers in and there was dirt over everything

The place is good but the store can't handle it being too busy. Small place so less seating, but friendly staff. The food is impeccable real Julio Cesar type stuff 👌🏿.
