5/5

This restaurant is a breathe of fresh air in Reading! The food is exquisite, like a warm home cooked meal. It's my first time trying the Feijoada (the one in picture is a small portion) and it did not disappoint - it's smoky and the meat is so tender. The atmosphere is also very nice. Although there's only a few seating areas, it's a nice quiet place to enjoy the food, your coffee, and just be.

A lovely cosy restaurant with authentic Brazilian dishes! Coxinhas, pasteis e outros pratos! My favourite is the feijoada & the vaca atolada. Açaí juice has my heart. The owner is very friendly, practical and informative. A favourite spot of mine for lunch.

Unique Portuguese/Brazilian snacks like rissois

Food is fantastic. I keep coming back. I like going on my own because I can take my time to enjoy the food, the music, the beer etc.

Friendly neighbourhood business bringing warming flavours of Brazil and Portugal. Fair price and freshly cooked meals.

Really friendly staff, and delicious food! The Feijoada a moda da casa and Vaca Atolada were both really great (particularly with added chilli!) and the Pastel de Nata is better than many that we had in Lisbon!

5/5

Feijoada was good but the highlight was the coxinha (they make to order, very good). Coconut ice cream was also a good desert option. Good price either.

Super friendly service, great location, not far from the city centre, we had chicken for lunch and it was delicious. The juice was also super good.
