I visited Taco Bell and was very disappointed. The dining area was dirty: tables were not cleaned, the floor was sticky, and there were hardly any customers — clearly, no one was taking care of the place. I ordered a taco, burrito, churros, and fries. The food was dry and tasteless, really unpleasant to eat. The only thing that tasted good was the fries. To make things worse, the restroom was closed even though the restaurant was open. Overall, a very negative experience. I do not recommend this place.

Not a good experience at all. We ordered a beef wrap, with chicken as an add on. We received the food cold, with barely any chicken in there - literally the stingiest amount I have ever seen, it was all salad and bread. When we told them they forgot to add the beef, they said we didn’t add it on to our meal, and they wouldn’t do anything about. We were still hungry after finishing our meal. The place was filthy, all the tables were dirty with leftover food from previous customers. The drink station was a complete mess. Could barely find a decent place to sit. A quick sweep and wipe of the tables would have been good. Despite all of this, the food did taste good; especially the fries. Unfortunately, we will not come back. This was a disappointing experience.

Horrible service. Took 45 minutes to make a small quesadilla, and they charged me twice. I ordered and I got charged once, with the kiosk saying payment failed, please try again. I do it again and get charged twice. I tell the guy at the till and he keeps pretending I’m not their and when someone else tells him, he yells at me that he can’t do nothing. The thing also came burnt and I only got one 😭 not worth the 4£

Hygiene is below par. I wonder how did these guys manage a 5 star food hygiene rating. Atmosphere is bad with uncleaned tables and leftovers lying around. We can skip talking about service for now coz it doesn’t exist. I genuinely wonder if this is a real taco bell or a mock one? Forgot to click crunchy taco picture which was worst. Quesadilla is .. well look at the picture… overall not worth at all!

I tried the Deluxe Box at Taco Bell, and it was a solid fast-food experience. The variety was great the box came with a burrito, taco, fries, churros, and a refill drink, which made it feel like a full meal. The flavors were bold and satisfying, especially the burrito which was hearty and well-seasoned. It’s definitely a good value for the price if you’re hungry and craving Tex-Mex-style fast food.

Ordered via Just eat, arrived cold, soggy supposedly seasoned fries, churros and caramel sauce missing, taco with virtually no what tasted like tinned mince in it. Quisdila that I paid extra for was also awful, chicken tasted hard and dry like frozen cubed chicken. First and last time for me as I would get far better quality food from a burger van and wouldn't cost over £16.00 either

I stopped by to get a snack, somewhere not too busy and mostly to get away from the heat outside. The service was very quick, everything was very clean and calm. Perfect quiet spot to cool down and grab some lunch before venturing out into the busy high Street again..

Been a while since I been to TB. Food and service was good. Enough seating inside and tables were clean. Nice to have the self serve drinks machine. The area of town isn't the nicest and there are just eat/ delivery people just loitering around outside which seems to be common everywhere now. I would return to TB after my visit. The app was easy to use at the counter and they accepted cash which is good.
