what has happened We regularly order our take aways from brinklow house , tonight I was greeted by Boris karloff! Zero manners and a attitude to match. The food has also taken a turn for the worse with portions clearly smaller in there containers. My wife's king poi had so much salt in it she couldn't eat it. When I called to complain I got a reply "sorry" . Sorry folks we won't be back . Truly awful

This place has gone downhill , food from the 70s comes to mind , save your money

I have tried to like this place. 3 visits now and cannot bring myself to enjoy the food. It's so basic and flavourless. Ordered a chow mein which was massively lacking a vital ingredient, soy sauce. It tasted like spaghetti. The sauce on the shredded beef (which was like cardboard) tasted of shop bought sweet chilli sauce. There are very few veggie options too. Wish I could have been impressed, especially as the prices are higher than that of a city based restaurant Add all of this to the fact that they haven't got an option to pay by card (in these modern times) and it's a recipe for disaster.

Went here for the first time on Thursday. Absolutely delicious food. Clean, tidy, courteous and patient staff and suitably speedy food prep. Not too quick and not slow. Will definitely be coming back often. Clear indications of typical allergens in food is not something that concerns me or my family, but its present on the menus which is a plus.

Food is pretty good, service always good, just wish they would work on the waiting area and outside look it hasn't changed for 30 years that I can remember. I know the kitchen is the most important area but a revamp is so over due. First impressions are very important these days.
