Went to Davey’s last night. Food was unbelievable, the birria beef tacos were to absolutely unbelievable would recommend, the service was excellent a very friendly, helpful and swift interaction. The atmosphere was only exemplified by the live music of the stack which I’d give 5 stars itself. If you are considering going here or are in the stack please just try it, you won’t regret it.

AVOID - Ordered the supreme Nachos which were £9, the crisps were very stale no crunch to them, even the ones without Toppings. The toppings were cold (Nacho cheese and sauces) cheese not melted properly. Hardly and Birria beef on top. Took them back after eating a few crisps, my partner also agreed they were disgusting. The female staff member was immediately confrontational despite my calm approach, I asked for a refund considering £9 is a lot for Nachos and we were out with friends trying to enjoy a meal out. She was rude and kept repeating 'this is how they are supposed to be' the crisps were stored in a plastic box with no lid on (no wonder they were stale) she had to check with the manager before giving a refund but was on purpose taking ages and money was thrown at us, we returned to our table and we noticed we were being stared at, ruining our overall stack experience. Plenty of other delicious vendors to choose from in stack.

I arrived and was excited to try the Norris bared tacos, I placed my order and was told it would be about 7 mins and to come back I said ok and walked off, whilst walking away I was called back saying it was declined, I re approached and checked my bank and the cost had been taken out my bank so I showed them and a guy at the back said if my machine said declined then obviously not been charged, again I showed my account saying I had been the guy at the back then came to the counter to argue with me, I responded I understood what u said but there is the debit out my account. About 5 seconds later I was given a refund so I said oh I’ve just been given a refund to which he responded with a foul attitude “well obviously that’s what I was telling u if you would listen” I replied “I tell you what your attitude is shocking I’ll go elsewhere” if this was my business and this person worked for me I would sack them immediately. Vile customer service and even worse attitude which seems to be a common theme here. Would never come back!!
