I Would avoid this place if you have children. I met up today with my friends for a catch up & I was made to feel very unwelcome. I was trying to support a small business, but was made to feel terrible with the eye rolls, tutting & staring that I was reduced to tears didn’t drink my cup of tea and left after a couple of Minutes. I could understand if this was London, but it’s Sunderland and I can imagine if you were more friendly your business would do a lot better considering half the people in Sunderland that go for regular coffees are young mams wanting a catch up with others and not business people. What should have been a catch up with friends was cut short due to the terrible service I received. I Won’t be visiting again, and neither will my friends who were quite regular customers.

This coffee shop is such a special part of my day — I pop in every morning and truly can’t imagine starting it anywhere else. The coffee is always smooth and delicious, the prices are really affordable, and the whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s not just somewhere to grab a drink; it’s the perfect spot to sit with family, catch up with friends, or even meet colleagues. The team are always so friendly and genuine (Bonus points when Mabel the dog is in) which makes it feel more like visiting friends than just a café. I’d honestly be lost without this place — it’s a real gem in the city! 10/10 a must visit for any coffee lover.

We were here every day during our stay in Sunderland. The iced Frappe was delicious and always served with a kind word and a warm smile. I so wish they were my local cafe. Great coffee, great prices and lovely people. I highly recommend a visit.

This is my new favourite coffee shop. Popped in with my son this morning. It's quiet without being too quiet, it's a good place to relax and enjoy a chat. The owner is dead friendly and welcoming. The drinks and cakes taste great. Will definitely be back!

Service always spot on, coffee always good, good sized cups and prices very reasonable. One of the best coffee shops in town!

New, but regular customer. What a lovely little place it is. The owner is so friendly and will do anything to help. Im disabled and when he sees me in my wheelchair he's moving things around to accommodate me. Service is brilliant. Love atmosphere. Definitely recommend
