The Crown Lodge Hotel

We come to the crown lodge regularly for meals, there is usually a large number of us as we celebrate family occasions. Often Casey is our waiter and cannot fault the effort and service provided. He ensures we have the best time. Casey has an excellent attitude and personality along with a great worth ethic. We always have a lovely time. Food is brilliant along with the other staff that we come across.

I have stayed here several times as it is convenient for the location I need to be in when I visit. We are always welcomed and taken care of and our vegan diet is accommodated well. People are all really friendly, rooms are clean, parking is easy and a gym on site is a bonus.

An excellent short stay in a small hotel with very friendly helpful staff. On approaching reception we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady. We discussed my wife's room requirements and were able to get an upgraded room. The evening meal was very good the steak was a very high quality. Breakfast was very good great quality sausages. The tea served in the hotel and the range of teabags in the room were particularly good quality. A great base for visiting the area ,we have friends nearby and will certainly stay again. A highly recommended small hotel with great service.

Our family stayed here for one night as we went to a wedding in Wisbech. Clare, on reception, was so welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We are returning customers and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I stayed at the Crown Lodge Hotel for one night. The moment I walked in to the hotel I was met by Claire, warm friendly and welcoming. I ate in the restaurant in the evening, Jake the server was friendly with a happy approach, it was evident that the staff really enjoyed what they were doing, nothing was too much trouble. My evening meal was delicious, but the main event was the Sticky Toffee Pudding, the best I have ever tasted. I had a great nights sleep, comfortable bed and good facilities. Breakfast matched the evening meal. I will definitely be staying again and recommending the Crown Lodge to my colleagues. Thank you Crown Lodge ⭐️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crown Lodge hotel in Norfolk for a business function and it did not disappoint. What was clear from the outset is that these guys really care about your customer experience and take care of the small details. The room was immaculate, newly refurbished and was very comfortable. The food we ate was all home made by clearly an excellent chef and was exceptional. The bar was well staffed and stocked with some lovely beers and spirits. The staff were so attentive, even remembering my name and lots of small details. Breakfast was excellent. I would whole heartily recommend Crown Lodge Hotel for an over night stay or for a business event to any of my friends and family. Thank you to Tim, the owner who created a fantastic place.
