Sunbeam

I recently visited this place and overall had a pleasant experience. I ordered the fish and chips, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. The batter was perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the fish inside was fresh and flaky. It came with a generous portion of chips that were golden and nicely seasoned. Definitely a dish I’d come back for. I also tried the steak, which was unfortunately a bit of a letdown. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. The flavor was decent, but the texture was quite tough, making it a bit difficult to enjoy. It just didn’t have that tenderness you’d expect from a good steak. That being said, the service really stood out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the meal. They checked in at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Their warm attitude definitely made up for some of the food’s shortcomings.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Generous portions and very tasty. Very friendly staff especially Keah. I would definitely recommend.

I paid £10 for this fish and chips and it wouldn’t even satisfy my 4-year-old son. The portion was tiny, the fish was extra small, and the oil it was fried in looked dirty. The chips and peas were also meagre. For the price, it’s simply not worth it. This is a shame, because pubs should be able to provide good, hearty meals, but this fell far short. I wouldn’t come back here again based on the food alone. For the same price I can go to a sizzler and enjoy generous portions of delicious Indian BBQ and curry’s that can actually satisfy a grown man. This may add to why so many people feel that British culture is in rapid decline, the commercialised pubs do not offer any kind of value for money anymore

Charlotte was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. The food arrived promptly and was delicious.

I had Sunday roast & apple crumble for £12 - what a bargain! Good quality food, well worth the money. All the staff were friendly, especially Keah, who was really bubbly and very helpful. Recommended

Visited the sunbeam today with friends, food was lovely staff were friendly and attentive. Jodie and Leah were lovely and helped us with locating the allergen information on the app. Overall great experience.

Looking for a Breakfast on way to Rail Staion found The Sunbeam. Staff really nice, Place nice and clean. Great Menu. Mega Breakfast great value for money. Arrived quickly. Food was good quality. Stacey our server checked everything was OK etc. Next times in Wolves will be revisiting.
